Jacqueline Janine Jones is an artist from Ceredigion in West Wales who now lives in the Rhondda. She works in acrylics, now her preferred medium, in her home studio.
She describes her work as an expressive reaction and interpretation to the environment she lives in. Her works have ranged from the representational to the contemporary, and are now mainly figurative work. The works on show are a symbiosis between the figure and the landscape and are inspired by the Physicians of Myddfai.
Jacqueline is a member of the Welsh Group who also exhibits at Oriel Gallery in Pembrokeshire.
