Found for Christmas
November 24th - December 23rd
This seasonal exhibition is featuring the work of Carmarthenshire based artist Jacob Buckland whose paintings are of Welsh landscape and nature, based on direct observation and memory. His work explores colour and mark making, focusing on variations in weather and season.
Brecon based photographer Sean Crawford is showing a series of his stunning black and white images. Sean likes to quote Henri Cartier-Bresson, who said "It is an illusion that photos are made with teh camera...they are made with the eye, heart and head."
Bringing colour and dimension to the show is pottery by Russell Kingston, eclectic 'moments in wire' by Susan Bain alongside glorious cushions and scarves by Kathryn Green. The exhibition also features a range of baskets and other ceramics as well as cards, decorations and small gifts from a range of other makers.
