My working art life was as an illustrator, and my client list included: Radio Times, Mail on Sunday, 'You' magazine, IPC magazines Practical Health and Practical Parenting, BBC Play-Days magazine.
I am mostly retired now, and this has allowed me more opportunity to investigate painting. The more I find out, the more there is to find out. I find I am developing more and more fascination of the workings of paint, both acrylic and oil.
My subject of interest is small human gesture and everyday behaviour, people going about their stuff; those are the moments I want to note in my paintings.
I have both enjoyed and benefited from Art Courses Wales since 2016.
