COLLECTIONS
- You are always welcome to collect your order from the gallery. If you wish to collect, please call us and place your order by phone to avoid being billed for shipping costs.
SHIPPING INFO
- We only ship within the United Kingdom. We use The Post Office or an accredited courier service.
- If you would like delivery to another country, please email us and we will send you a quotation including shipping costs.
- We will endeavour to package and post your purchase as soon as possible. Please do call us if you have any queries.
RETURNS
- We hope that you will love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you MUST notify us within 7 days of the online purchase. All we ask is that you cover the cost of any return postage using the same service by which the work was originally sent.
- Your refund will be made using the original payment method. You should allow a period of up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account.
