If you would like to order one or more of these cards, or one of the prints please email info@foundgallery.co.uk making sure you specify which designs you would like. Each card (+ envelope) costs £3. Each print costs £25.
The individual cards are of the different collagraphs that Found Gallery commissioned print maker, Marian Haf, to do in 2019 to celebrate the history of 1 Bulwark when we opened the gallery. In the 1930s through to the 1950s the building was a store called Ships and Sealing Wax. The different collagraphs show the characters from the poem ‘The Walrus and the Carpenter’, which is where the words 'Ships & Sealing Wax' come from.
Marian graduated as a Fine Art Painting graduate from the University of Gloucestershire, Cheltenham in 2004 and is now settled back home in west Wales raising her family. Marian first started printmaking in 2010 when she joined her local print group ‘Printers in the Sticks,’ as her children are getting older she is increasingly finding the time to develop her practice.
If you would like to order one or more of these cards please email specifying which designs you would like. Each card (+ envelope) costs £3.
You can also buy the collagraphs as an individual limited edition print (see the images). These prints measure 23.5cm sq and are £25 each. They too can be ordered by email.
