15th March – 22nd April. Launch Event: 15th March, 8pm – 8pm, with music from Beth, Gywn and Connor. Everyone welcome.
Beth Flynn is an artist exploring ideas of identity and self image, using the lens of art to consider the embodiment of the self and celebrate the human body in all its forms.
Gwyn Daggett combines the simplicity of traditional tools and techniques with the convenience of modern equipment to produce characterful wooden furniture and utensils.
Connor Ritchie offers wholesome, bespoke homeware using sustainable local timbers. Connor tends to make most of his items using traditional techniques and without the use of mechanical fixings. His bowls are made using a leg powered treadle lathe and hook tools.
Emily James of Carpenter & Cloth is sharing some of her Welsh wool unisex clothing made using traditional skills. With a passion for enduring design and soulful craftsmanship their pieces are inspired by a life lived in rural Wales.
